SafeGuard is a 501(c)(3)non-profit credit counseling corporation. SafeGuard provides financial education and counseling services to individuals and communities throughout the United States.
Responsibilities: Speaking with clients on a regular basis; performing regular maintenance on client accounts; providing reports to management.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience required; previous experience in a financial field a plus; good oral communication skills; consistent working knowledge of computers and comfort with using Word; Excellent phone skills; Bilingual speaking a plus.
